Three Indent Forms completed with original Signature and Company Stamp. Company's Registration Certificate (Original and Copy). Proof of Company's Board of Inland Revenue File Number (B.I.R.#) (Original and Copy). State whether vehicles are Right Hand Drive or Left Hand Drive.
Maximum Gross Weight (M.G.W.) of vehicle must also be stated. If the M.G.W. of the vehicle is over 15 tons (15,240 kgs.) - Transport Board's Approval must accompany application.
Contract letters for jobs to be undertaken. Letter of commitment that the vehicle to be imported will not be more than seven (7) years from the year of manufacture for (PICK-UP AND PANEL VANS) and the (10) years from the year of manufacture for TRUCKS ONLY (2950 kgs. and above).
WHERE AS VEHICLES ARE TO BE IMPORTED FOR AGRICULTURAL USE The following additional information must be provided: Recent Land and Building Taxes Receipt (Original and Copy). Board of Inland Revenue File Number (B.I.R. #) (Original and Copy). Farmers I.D. (Original and Copy). Land Deed (Original and Copy).
