Complete Application Form in block letters. b. Application must be accompanied by the following documents: i) Company Registration Certificate ii) Vat Registration Certificate iii) Board of Inland Revenue (BIR) Certificate iv) National Insurance Board Registration Certificate v) Documentary Evidence of Bond
c. Other Requirements: Importer must enter into a standardized Sales Contract with the buyer which will include the following: Posting of a Bond with a Financial Agency in the sum of TT $250,000. The Bond must be renewed annually and be maintained at the level of TT $250,000. A Standardized Warranty An undertaking to source and supply the required replacement parts within the warranty period

Conditions to grant of Licence for used right hand drive motor cars and (Utility Vehicles) Vehicles must NOT be more than four (4) years old from the year of manufacture at the time of importation into Trinidad and Tobago Vehicles must be accompanied by a Certificate of Cancellation of Registration stamped by the Transport Authority in the country of origin which provides the exact age and mileage of the vehicle. Cancellation Certificate must bear the Engine and Chassis numbers of the vehicle Vehicles must be structurally and mechanically sound and in an undamaged condition on importation Vehicle must NOT be fitted with a diesel engine Vehicle must be imported with only Ozone friendly refrigerants in the air conditioning system
