Industrial Policy - Events/Activities In collaboration with the United Nations Industrial Development Company (UNIDO), MTI contracted technical Expert, Dr. Lelio Fellows to provide some guidance in the development of our Industrial Policy. Dr. Fellows, who has used various methodologies, including Technology Foresight to provide a basis for industrial policy development, especially in his native Brazil, was able to share his knowledge on the "Brazilian Experience" when he met with representatives of several public and private sector stakeholder groups in January 2010.
